Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during periods of high order volume or when an order requires additional verification.
Carriers and Delivery
We ship via common national and regional carriers. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and the carrier's own service level, and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession of the shipment, as described in our Terms of Service.
Domestic and International Shipping
We ship within the destinations we currently support. We reserve the right to decline to ship, or to cancel and refund an order, to any destination where we determine that shipment, receipt, or import of a product would violate local, state, national, or import law, or where we are unable to complete required researcher verification.
Packaging
Products are packaged to protect them in transit and to meet the shipping carrier's requirements for the material being shipped. Packaging and shipping labels reflect the actual contents and sender as required by law and by our carriers.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, or does not arrive within a reasonable time after the carrier's estimated delivery date, contact us promptly so we can open a claim with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund under our Refund Policy.
