Refund Policy

Eligibility
Because these are laboratory reference materials, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, and only when reported within 14 days of delivery. Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless the issue relates to a documented defect.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at ross@gratefulpeptides.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We may ask for photos, or the item itself, before approving a refund or replacement.
Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow your payment provider's normal processing time for the credit to appear after we issue it.
Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation before an order ships. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to this Refund Policy rather than cancellation.
No Resale
Products are sold for the buyer's own research use and, consistent with our Terms of Service, may not be resold. Any indication that a returned or disputed order was resold or transferred to a third party may result in a denied refund.
